Previously, on 19 October 2023, His Excellency LY CHANTOLA, President of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association and also the President of the Bar Association of Cambodia, delivered his remarks in the 14th ASEAN Law Association General Assembly.
The General Assembly was highly presided over by His Excellency ANWAR IBRAHIM, Prime Minister of Malaysia, with the participation of the esteemed members of each countries’ National Committee of ASEAN Law Association including Chief Justices of supreme courts, Judges, Prosecutors, Attorneys, Legal Professors, and other legal practitioners.
In his speech, His Excellency LY CHANTOLA highlighted ALA Cambodia’s contributions to the activities arranged by ASEAN Law Association. These contributions include having His Excellency LY CHANTOLA and ALA Cambodia members coordinate and speak in the 2023 ASEAN Law Conference as well as sending students to represent Cambodia in the 2023 ASEAN Moot.
