នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៩កេីត ខែកត្តិក ឆ្នាំថោះ បញ្ចស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្តម លី ច័ន្ទតុលា ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញធ្វើបទឧទ្ទេសនាមផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តីពី "តួនាទី និងភារកិច្ចនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា" ជូនថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំបណ្ឌិត្យសភាភូមិន្ទយុត្តិធម៌កម្ពុជា សិស្សចៅក្រមផ្ទៃក្នុងជំនាន់២ សិស្សចៅក្រម ព្រះរាជអាជ្ញាជំនាន់ទី១១ និងសិស្សក្រឡាបញ្ជីវគ្គពិសេស ជំនាន់ទី៤ សរុបចំនួន ១៣៨នាក់។
