Honorable Attorney PROM VICHETH AKARA is appointed as the Permanent Vice President of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association in September 18th 2017 after this Committee was formed in August 3rd 2017 by Sub Degree of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
